But even as a new Member, we'll Double Your Money immediately.
For starters, every single deposit you make at Ruby
Bingo will earn an additional
50% in Bonus dollars - turning, for example, your $30
deposit into $45.
But on your very first
deposit, we will add a further 50% - that's doubling
your money!
The First Deposit Bonus of
100% is limited to one bonus per new player. Existing
account holders are not eligible. The
maximum bonus on any deposit it set at $100.
Deposit bonuses are paid into
your Bonus Balance, but have to be redeemed by purchasing
bingo cards or playing the in-game Slots
or Scratch Cards. (See "How it
Works" below).
Bonuses that you earn in the
Chat Room will be paid into your
Bonus Balance and can be used immediately. You can
only qualify for Chat Bonuses if you are playing in
the
current
bingo
game
and you
are actively in chat. Players who have not purchased
cards, will not be entitled
to receive Chat Bonuses.
Referral Bonuses will be paid
into the Bonus Balance but will have to be redeemed
before they can be used for play. (See "How
it Works" below).
Birthday Bonuses are given
to loyal players at the discretion of our staff and
can be used immediately. Bear in mind that cash will
always be used before any bonus money.
Any bonuses for which specific
terms are not quoted will have to be redeemed before
they can be used for play. (See "How
it Works" below).
Ruby Bingo has a generous
bonus scheme but it is important that you understand
how it works. If you are a regular player at Ruby Bingo,
you will receive three types of bonus. Deposit bonuses,
which are awarded when you make a deposit, Chat
Game Bonuses, which are awarded when you win one of
our regular Chat games and Promotional bonuses.
 Your account at Ruby Bingo
has two main balances which are visible at the bottom
right of your screen.

This
is where all your bonus money is paid. If you "hover" over
the Bonus Balance, a pop-up window will show
you the breakdown of your Bonus Balance as follows:
- Bonus money available
for play (Remember, that any cash in your
Balance is used before Bonus money.)
- Bonus money that
has to be redeemed before it can be used
for play
- Bonus Reserve - bonus
money in excess of your Bonus Limit.
This is not included in your Bonus Balance

- When you receive a bonus for
a Chat Game, it will be paid into your
Bonus Balance and can be used immediately to buy bingo
cards.
Remember, that any
cash in your Balance is used before your Bonus money.
- All deposit
bonuses and some promotional bonuses have to be
redeemed before they can be used for play.
These
bonuses are redeemed by
purchasing bingo cards or playing the
in-game Slots
or Scratch
Cards. As you purchase bingo cards or play on the
in-game Slots
and Scratch cards, this bonus money is redeemed
at the rate of 50% of the wager.
e.g. if you spend
$2 on bingo
cards, in-game slots or scratchers,,
$1 of
any unredeemed bonus money will be redeemed.
- If your
total Bonus receipts to date are more than 3X your
total Deposits to date, any bonus funds subsequently
paid will be paid into your Bonus Reserve. Funds
are released from the Bonus Reserve into the
Bonus Balance as you make further deposits.
 Bonus money cannot
be cashed out and remains the property of Ruby
Bingo.
Please note that if you withdraw funds, any
bonus money
in your Bonus Balance that has not been redeemed
and any funds in your Bonus Reserve, will be removed.
If you do
not
wish
to lose
these bonuses, we recommend that you add sufficient
funds to release your Bonus Reserve or purchase cards
to redeem bonus money into your Bonus Balance
before making the withdrawal.
A detailed breakdown of the funds in your Bonus
Balance can be seen by moving the cursor over the
Bonus Balance in the game.
Why
can‘t I buy any cards when I have money in
my bonus balance?
This
means that you have used your cash balance and all
your Playable Bonus Funds. The funds remaining in your
Bonus Balance have not yet been redeemed. If you hover
the mouse cursor over the Bonus Balance display
in
the
game,
a pop-up will tell you how much of your bonus balance
is playable and how much is waiting to be redeemed
by the purchase of cards or by play on the in-games
slots/scratchers. In order to redeem more funds into
your Bonus Balance, you
will have
to make a deposit so that you can purchase more cards
or play more games on the in-game Slots/Scratchers.
Every $1 you spend on bingo cards, Scratchers or in-game
Slots releases $0.50 from your Non-Playable Bonus into
your Playable Bonus.
Why can’t I play Captain’s
Treasure? There is money in my bonus balance?
The
slot games accessed via the “More Games” button
can only be played for cash. This includes: Jacks
or Better, Captain's Treasure, Goblin's Cave, Ocean
Princess and Fruit Mania.
Why has all my bonus money been removed after I withdrew
my winnings?
When
you make a withdrawal any funds in your
Bonus Balance that have not been redeemed and and
funds in your Bonus Reserve, are removed. If
you do not wish to lose this bonus money,
you can first “release” it
by purchasing bingo cards or playing the
in-games slots/scratchers. Remember, every
$1 you spend
on bingo cards, Scratchers
or in-game Slots releases $0.50 from your
Non Playable Bonus Balance into your Playable
Bonus Balance. To release
bonus funds from your Bonus Reserve, you
will need
to deposit funds
and increase your bonus limit.
I have just received a chat bonus but
it does not show in my bonus balance.
Why?
It
is possible that you have exceeded the maximum permissible
bonus amount,
in which
case, the bonus
is still allocated
to you, but will be held in the Bonus
Reserve until you make further deposits.
The maximum
total
bonus you can receive is set at 3
times your total deposits to date. For example,
if you
have deposited
$150 to date, your total bonus allowance
is $450.
I
have just joined Ruby Bingo and have a $10 Signup
Bonus in my account which
I used to buy cards. I won a Chat Game, but the bonus
money does not appear in my bonus Balance.
Because you have not
yet deposited any funds, your bonus money has been
paid into your Bonus Reserve. As soon as you deposit,
bonus funds will be released from the Bonus Reserve.
Your total bonus receipts to date cannot exceed
3X your total deposits.

player(s) are participating in strategies that
Ruby Bingo in its sole discretion deems to be
abusive, Ruby Bingo reserves the right to revoke
the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
In the event of a dispute, all decisions made
by Ruby Bingo will be final.
